Response Time
Most support inquiries receive a reply within one business day. If your request involves account checks, payments, or a dispute, it may take longer depending on the details and any information needed to review it. Please include your username and a clear description of the issue when contacting support so the team can direct your request to the right place.
Feedback
We'd love your feedback. Please tell us about any issues, ideas or features you'd like to see - we read every message and use suggestions to improve the site, promotions and support. Your input helps shape updates, fix problems and prioritise new features. Share feedback via the help centre or in-app support so we can improve your experience quickly.
